Exhibitors for this conference will provide students networking opportunities as well as exposure to the various medical schools and residency programs throughout the Northeast region.

In addition, the conference will also bring together physicians, researchers, medical students, undergraduates, and high school students in a forum to explore the many career path possibilities within the health professions. Riding on the success of last year’s regional conference, we are expecting over 200 attendees.

The exhibitor fair will be an excellent opportunity to educate and recruit prospective residency applicants on the opportunities. We have a variety of sponsorship, exhibitor, and advertising opportunities available.

EXHIBITOR TABLE PACKAGE: $400 
-Six-foot table for exhibition space for two people during the Exhibitor Fair (Saturday February 20th). Additional personnel can be added for an added cost of $50/ person.
-Quarter-page advertisement of organization or company will be placed in the Conference
program.
